Suarez netted his first Liverpool goal since his return just before half-time against Sunderland and immediately moved to pull up his shirt.
Beneath it was a was a white t-shirt with a picture of his family and the message 'Los amo', which means 'I love them'.
Suarez had a second child - Benjamin - on Thursday with his childhood sweetheart Sofia Balbi. 'Welcome Benja' was printed above the picture.
They also have a three-year-old girl named Delfina.
